Le Moulin Blanc is a small estate of 9 hectares of vines cultivated on the right bank of the Rhône, in the Gard Rhodanien. The wines of the Tavel appellation here are mainly made from the Grenache grape variety, which gives the rosé wine a complexity that is unique in the world. The vinification of the Moulin Blanc estate favors a minimum of intervention in order to obtain the maximum expression of the terroir and the fruit.
