Isabelle and Arnaud Strasser have always been attracted to viticulture and gastronomy, before investing in Vaucluse with the Domaine de la Pousterle at the foot of the village of Ansouis. Since 2016, the duo has acquired four wine estates in Ansouis, Beaumes-de-Venise, Tavel and Châteauneuf-du-Pape where they took over the restaurant La Mère Germaine, one Michelin star.
