Isabelle et Arnaud Strasser ont toujours été attiré par la viticulture et la gastronomie, avant d'investir dans le Vaucluse avec le domaine de la Pousterle au pied du château de Lauris. Depuis 2016, le duo a acquis quatre domaines viticoles à Ansouis, Beaumes-de-Venise, Tavel et Châteauneuf-du-Pape où ils ont repris le restaurant La Mère Germaine, Une étoile au guide Michelin.
